SMS Billing

Dialogue provides premium SMS billing, which is also known as reverse billing, to allow companies to generate revenue by sending a premium SMS to the mobile user’s handset. Dialogue has excellent delivery rates and real-time reporting to track your messages.

With premium SMS billing, content can be charged for by delivering a premium SMS message to the consumer’s mobile handset, this can be done either using Mobile Terminated (MT) or Mobile Originated (MO) and requires the use of a SMS shortcode.

Shortcodes - these are typically 5 digit numbers for the UK, Ireland and South Africa, 6 or 8 digit for Australia and 3 or 4 digit numbers in New Zealand. Consumers can easily remember these short digit shortcodes and text into them - this stimulates response rates generated through advertising.

There are a range of price points available that can be set up on a SMS shortcode. Dialogue offers both dedicated shortcodes and a variety of shared shortcodes as well as excellent outpayments. Voice and MMS shortcodes are also available.
