Dialogue’s mobile campaign builder (MAP) has a range of mobile marketing campaigns available and offers “off the shelf” campaigns. Dialogue also provides a professional service where the campaign can be created and run on behalf of the client.

Dialogue's mobile marketing campaigns include:

Database Builder

The database builder campaign allows you to advertise a designated shortcode so that the audience can text in to join a particular campaign. This is a simple way to build a database of registered individuals who have opted-in so that you can begin to market to them.

Promote your particular campaign to allow users to text in to receive:

• alerts
• news updates
• product information

Text Broadcast

With this text broadcast campaign you can send out a text message, also known as a SMS, to a subscribed database. Broadcasts can be scheduled to be sent out on a particular day or time of day.

Text to Screen

This is a call to action campaign, where you advertise a particular campaign through existing marketing channels to promote a specific product or require feedback.

Outbound MMS

This campaign allows you to deliver a multimedia message, with text and images inserted into the message. This can be used to promote or send users more information on products.

Content and relevant imagery would be uploaded in Dialogue’s content management system first for you to be able to create the MMS message.

Example A: A car company advertise a new model of car and you can text in to receive the mobile brochure of the new car model to your mobile handset.

Example B: An estate agent can use this tool to send information on houses but actually send images of house accompanied by text.

This campaign allows users to text in to find where their nearest store is. For example, you want to find out where your nearest Argos branch is. Our location based technology locates your phone from its geographic position at the point you text in and then sends back a list of your nearest branches for that particular store.
